The Board of Directors steers the fortunes of the community between the sessions of the General Assembly, from which it is also elected. It consists of a chairman and two other members, one of whom acts as the treasurer. The board of directors, together with the community rabbi, makes all the necessary decisions on the basis of the statutes and the resolutions of the general assembly.
